So when I sync my iTouch it gives me this notification about saying that I can’t use certain apps on my computer and so I pressed “OK” to dismiss it. Nothing happened after, but once I was done charging my touch, I tried using one of the apps and it wouldn’t work. I would press on it and it would go to the page, but then it’d disappear.
